Annual Garage/Yard Sale --We agreed to again hold it on the same weekend as the Flushing Rotary Indoor Sale at Flushing Middle School. Please email us if you are interested in participating! This is usually in late April or early May.
Meadowbrook Park is an ideally located community, nestled on the corner of Carpenter and Deland in Flushing Township. The neighborhood is directly adjacent to not only a new middle school (built 2005) but the highly rated Flushing High School. Additionally, Meadowbrook Park is located barely a mile from Flushing County Park, with over 100 acres of trails and the areas largest dog park it has something for everyone, even the four-legged members of your family.
Meadowbrook Park consists of over 100 homes, with friendly neighbors and homes that sell quickly (when they do come up for sale). Come drive through our neighborhood and see what it is all about!

We are planning again on a holiday decoration contest. We are going to put each home that decorates into a bowl--and draw a house as a winner(s)! We want to celebrate all that are helping make our neighborhood FESTIVE!
